J Scott Klossner has been working in Motion Graphics since 1990. He helped start Curious Digital with Steve Katz back in the broom closet of Curious Pictures in the late 80’s. He went on to help design the workflow and be an animator for ‘Blues Clues’, one of Nick Jr’s most successful series to date. He left Viacom as a Technical Director for MTV Animation. After a brief stint in San Francisco, working for start-ups and witnessing the dot.com crash, he returned to NYC to work for Brian Maffits’ company, Total Training, where he was involved in overall content creation, including shooting, set building, and motion graphics, for this highly successful DVD-based training series for digital graphics. Currently he is freelancing in Motion Graphics and Editing, both on-site and at his home base in Rockaway NY. Over the past 8 years, his clients have included Ogilvy & Mather, MRM, McCann Erickson, JunGroup, Berwyn Editorial, Anatomy, Psyop, Diecks Group, Williams Lea, Wild Brain Animation, Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners West, Burton Snowboards, MTV2, Great Jones Film Productions & the NRDC, among others.
